We Left
The Courthouse Half~Past Noon,
The Jury
Was Dismissed.
Another
Case Left Un-resolved,
Just Add
It To The List !
It Got Me
Thinking, As I Walked . . .

Was Blocks Away )
How
Grateful That I Know A Judge,
I Talk To
Everyday.
I Had A
Judgment Against Me,
The Day
That I Was Born !
My Case
Was Settled By This Judge,
That Wore
A "Crown Of Thorn".
Deliberating Arguments,
Confirmed
And Signed For Me.
My Sin
And Shame, Heart~Aches And Pain,
His Blood
Had All Set Free !
He
Granted Mercy At My Trial,
And
Showed Me Loving Grace.
Someone
To Champion My Cause,
Then Died
To Take My Place.
A Sealed
Promise, In His Name,
Had
Sanctified My Soul.
Yet
Still, I Knew I Was To Blame,
His Blood
Had Made Me Whole.
For God
So Loved Us, One And All,
And Fully
Paid Our Fine.
Exonerated All Our Sin,
I'm Glad
That Judge Is Mine.
I Made It
To My Car And Shrugged,
My Jury
Duties Loss.
The
Greatest Case In Court Was Held,
And
Settled ~ AT THE CROSS.
